About Breakaway Holiday Home Lettings

Everybody enjoys a holiday. At Breakaway Lettings we have personally taken holidays at many sites along England’s southern coast, and own, or have owned, a selection of static caravans in the same area. These caravans were used by us for our own summer vacations but we also let them out during other periods in order to help cover ground rents etc. However, despite this being a successful venture, we never found a reliable avenue to advertise and let our properties, and so, after many months of hard work, Breakaway Lettings was born.

The Breakaway Lettings name has been around since early 2006 and in that time has grown from a single holiday home to the site you see now. We have a dedicated team working behind the scenes to ensure that holiday homeowners and holidaymakers receive the full benefit of our custom booking system.

Breakaway Lettings is a member-based holiday search engine. We aim to bring holiday homeowners and holidaymakers together, allowing holidaymakers to find their ideal holiday and providing holiday homeowners with the added security of knowing their homes will be in safe hands.

It is free to list properties on Breakaway Lettings (please see "Terms" for full registration details). We charge no sign-up fees for either party, the only cost being a £10 Handling Charge on bookings, meaning "No Booking, No Fee's". Our credit system also allows holidaymakers to accrue credit with us to use against future holiday bookings, thus making them even more savings.

Upon registration all members are credited with £2.50 to start their accounts. Other opportunities to earn credit include referrals, holiday reviews and shopping with our affiliated retail partners. These credits are all fully funded by us. Holiday homeowners will always receive the agreed balance whether the booking is paid for with cash or credit.
